Breyerfest 2011

Anyone have tips for Breyerfest? I am trying to get as much info as I can so that I will be able to save and go to it. I'm to young to get a job. Does anyone know the prices of tickets and such? Good hotels, but not ugh prices? I want 5 people including me to go. Can anyone give me tips? I will post more later.
